Parish Clerks

The Clerk to the Parish Council is currently Adrian Reeves. The Clerk is responsible for the day to day management of the Parish Council, the servicing of its meetings and the preparation of accounts to be submitted for audit. He was formerly the Deputy Clerk and has been the Clerk since January 2014. He is also responsible for ensuring that the Parish Council adheres to the ever-increasing regulations and guidelines from government. Adrian enjoys the variety of running the busy office and liaising with other agencies to maintain and improve the facilities and environment within the parish. Outside work he is a Vice President of the Winchester Table Tennis League and plays for a team based at Prince's Mead School. Other interests include cycling and being a member of Winchester's Fitness and Sport Club where he plays tennis and short tennis.

The Trainee Clerk to the Parish Council is currently Christopher Read. The Trainee Clerk is responsible for assisting the Clerk in the day to day management of the Parish Council and the servicing of its meetings. He will also be in the office Mondays to Fridays to allow more effective running of the office and ensure better communication with the parishioners. Outside work he is a motorsport and car enthusiast whilst also enjoying a range of sporting activities.

The Clerk to the Parish Council is Lisa Lacey. The Clerk's main responsibility is to ensure that the council is run competently.
As it is a small parish, the Parish Clerk is also responsible for the financial management of the council, the annual budget and the preparation of accounts for audit.
